Yes. Training and clinical application support are a core part of our service. We offer in-hospital product demonstrations, surgical support for Medartis procedures, and fitting training for OPED orthoses and MedicalZ compression garments. Lead times vary by product and stock availability. Standard stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom-made products — such as MedicalZ flat-knit compression garments tailored to patient measurements — have a production lead time of approximately 10–15 business days.
