Promedionics supplies exclusively to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics and certified medical procurement departments. Our products are Class I–III medical devices and are not available for retail purchase. If you are a qualified healthcare professional or work in hospital procurement, please contact us to open an account.

Yes. Training and clinical application support are a core part of our service. We offer in-hospital product demonstrations, surgical scrub-in support for Medartis and Orthofix procedures, and fitting training for OPED orthoses and MedicalZ compression garments. Contact us to arrange a session at your facility or to discuss your specific needs.

Promedionics is the authorised Belgian distributor for four brands: Medartis (Switzerland — bone fixation), OPED (Germany — vacuum orthoses and bracing), Orthofix (USA/Italy — spine and external fixation), and MedicalZ (France/USA — compression therapy and scar management). Lead times vary by product and stock availability. Standard stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom-made products — such as MedicalZ flat-knit compression garments tailored to patient measurements — have a production lead time of approximately 10–15 business days. Urgent surgical requirements can often be accommodated; please call us directly to discuss time-sensitive orders.
